Richard Laughton, President & Chief Executive Officer
Richard Laughton's deep and diverse background in business operations, consulting, analysis and leading entrepreneurial businesses provide a strong foundation for the development of Fractal:Edge's strategy, goals and objectives. Richard works with the senior management team and board to create the company's vision, works closely in all facets of company investments, and the daily leadership for all operations. He also participates actively in Fractal:Edge's business development and customer relationship management.
Richard joined Fractal:Edge in 2002 and has guided its organizational and product development into full market release. He was previously co-founder and Managing Director of innovative online wine exchange Uvine; a former McKinsey consultant working predominantly with technology and financial services clients and an options trader with Barclays de Zoete Wedd.

Gervase Clifton-Bligh, Founder & Vice President, Product Strategy & Development
Gervase Clifton-Bligh is the Founder of Fractal:Edge. He is the inventor of Fractal Maps, placed the first patent applications on the concept which have since been issued, and continues to manage Fractal:Edge's intellectual property rights activities. Gervase's background in mathematics, logic, programming and graphics were instrumental in bringing Fractal Maps from concept to product. He is responsible for Product Strategy & Development. In that role Gervase ensures that our released products meet the needs of intended markets and clients to build robust Fractal Map applications. Gervase also leads the technical training of Fractal:Edge channel partner business analyst and architect resources responsible for leading Fractal:Edge client deployment projects worldwide.

John Polo, Managing Consultant, Business Strategy
John Polo provides the organization development and leadership to all facets of product development, marketing, sales, production services and company expansion through both direct and strategic partnerships. John has held numerous senior management positions at $400m to $31b manufacturing, consumer products, and IT management consulting and services companies worldwide directing large staffs, and building products for both internal and external clients.
John is a veteran in guiding IT product and service companies from concept through funding, mergers and acquisitions, and worldwide rollout. His 25+ years of expertise include companies such as Gartner Group, Charles River Consulting, Howard Systems International Consulting, S-doc (Internet Security). Seasoned in application development, network infrastructure support, IT management and business transformation, John has held senior leadership roles for Kraft Foods North America, Perkin-Elmer and Gartner Group. He is a well-respected industry practitioner and spokesperson on Continuous Improvement programs to drive business results.

Joseph C. (Buzz) Mendel, Chairman
Buzz is currently the CEO of US Capital Partners, LLC a private equity firm seeking to acquire small service and industrial companies. He is also the Chairman of UCSB, a bank holding company and Director of Universal Aerospace, a provider of sophisticated parts to the aircraft industry. Buzz was formerly Chairman & CEO of Site-Blauvelt Engineers Inc; Chairman and head of the audit committee of Ensign Oil & Gas Inc; President & COO of American Toxic Control; CFO of International Technology Corp; Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Merrill Lynch & Co; and a partner in the management consultant firm of Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. He was on the advance staff of President Richard M. Nixon and was appointed to the management advisory committee (OAMAC) of the U.S. Department of Commerce by President George H.W. Bush. Mr. Mendel is based in New York, has been on the Board since July 2002 and became Chairman in May 2004.

Robert Clifton-Bligh
Robert's business experience includes international management consulting, international investment banking for a major Wall Street firm, senior executive with TNT, a leading multinational transport group and the establishment of an investment company for the well-known international investor Robert Holmes a Court. He has served on public and private company boards on four continents and has experience with venture capital activities for start-up companies. Robert is based in New York and has been involved with the Company since its inception.

Ivo Muijser
Ivo currently runs several businesses across Europe in the graphics, packaging and office furniture industries. He set up Carpet-Land in 1983 which grew into Holland's largest and most successful carpet retailer. He was Executive Vice President of Robeco Group, the largest mutual fund in Holland and Legal Counsel for Wickes Europe. Based in Amsterdam, Mr Muijser represents Fractal:Edge's first significant investor, Mamima.

Julian Gibbs
Julian is a director of a tax consultancy firm and more recently a consultant to insurance companies, unit trust groups and independent financial advisors. Julian has spent over 40 years in the financial services profession including 20 years with his family's merchant bank Antony Gibbs, now part of HSBC. He is Chairman of the Financial Marketing Club and a former Vice President of the Insurance Institute of London.
Jon Sykes
Jon is currently a Senior Company & Trust Manager of Amber Limited, a Corporate Service Provider based in the Isle of Man. He has been working in the CSP sector on the Island for over 8 years. He currently holds over 55 Directorships of Private Companies spanning numerous jurisdictions.
By moving your mouse over a circle and "hovering" over it (by keeping the mouse still) for a short time, you will see labels appear to show you the titles of the page you are hovering over (at 12 o'clock) and the pages it is linked to.
In addition, the Fractal Map will show a "crumb trail" for the page you are viewing by highlighting the relevant circles in red. The smallest red circle represents the page you are viewing and any "parent" pages higher up in the website structure will also be highlighted red showing you the route you would take to reach the page. Note that the homepage itself is never coloured red in this way.
